Privacy Statement
This statement distinguishes the static product page, the local product, the checkout provider, and support communication.
1. Local product processing
The Delegation Bureau application processes questionnaire answers in the Buyer’s browser. The distributed application does not require an account, login, AI API key, cloud synchronization, analytics connection, or supplier-operated application server. It is designed not to transmit questionnaire answers to Delegation Bureau.
2. Static product page
This static product page is designed without advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, account registration, contact forms, or marketing cookies. The page may store only the selected display language in the browser’s local storage. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested file, user agent, and security logs under the host’s own operations.
3. Checkout and payment
When the Buyer opens a third-party checkout, that provider processes payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, receipt, and purchase-access data under its own privacy policy and buyer terms. Delegation Bureau does not receive full payment-card data.
4. Purchase records
The Seller and checkout provider may retain information needed to administer the purchase, deliver files, provide redownload access, issue receipts, prevent fraud, handle refunds or disputes, meet tax/accounting obligations, and enforce the license. This may include name, email address, transaction identifier, country, tax information, product/version, access history, messages, and refund/dispute records.
5. Support communication
If the Buyer emails support, the message, sender address, attachments, and related purchase information are processed to answer the request and maintain an appropriate support record. Do not send passwords, API keys, private project files, confidential client content, or generated policies unless specifically necessary and safely redacted.
6. AI-assisted support
Support requests may be triaged or drafted using AI-assisted tools. Sensitive content should not be included. Refunds, legal issues, material defects, security issues, and other exceptional matters remain subject to human/Owner review where required.
7. Retention and deletion
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for purchase administration, legal/accounting obligations, dispute prevention, license enforcement, and support history. A deletion request may be sent to the support address, but information required by law, tax rules, fraud prevention, transaction integrity, or an active dispute may be retained.
