PURCHASE TERMS
Terms of Sale and Use
Effective draft: 29 July 2026. The Seller is the person or legal entity identified as seller in the checkout, purchase record, or receipt. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
1. Product
Delegation Bureau v1.0 is a downloadable, local-first browser application and documentation package. It is delivered as a ZIP file. It does not include a hosted account, subscription, supplier-operated application server, AI API access, setup service, consulting, or compliance certification.
2. Price and payment
The price is shown on the product page and at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed. The selected checkout platform processes the payment and may apply its own buyer terms, tax treatment, payment methods, fraud checks, refund authority, and receipt procedures.
3. Delivery
Digital delivery is intended to occur immediately after successful payment through the checkout confirmation page and/or receipt email. The Buyer must provide a valid email address and retain the purchase record. Download and redownload access are governed by the checkout platform.
4. License
Use is governed by the Single Buyer Commercial Use License included in the purchased package. The license permits internal use by the individual or single legal entity shown in the purchase record, subject to its restrictions. The application, source embodied in the distributed HTML, questionnaires, presets, templates, samples, documentation, and package structure are not open source and are not sold outright.
5. Buyer responsibilities
- Review all generated output before relying on it.
- Do not enter secrets or confidential information unless the Buyer has independently decided the local environment is appropriate.
- Keep the original package, receipt, version, and checksum.
- Use the product only in accordance with applicable law and the included license.
- Understand that policy files do not technically enforce AI behavior or tool permissions.
6. Support
Support is limited to verified download-access issues and reproducible defects in the unmodified supplied package. Individual setup, integration, custom policy writing, consulting, review of Buyer answers, recovery of browser-session data, and legal/security/compliance advice are not included. 7. Updates
No lifetime update promise is made. Any update eligibility, duration, or delivery method is the condition shown at checkout or supplied in writing with the purchase. Major revisions may be sold separately.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, applicable law, and the checkout platform’s authority. Immediate delivery of digital content may affect statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights where the platform obtains the legally required consent.
9. Disclaimers
Delegation Bureau is an operational documentation tool. It is not a technical security control, sandbox, monitoring service, legal service, compliance certification, professional advice, or guarantee that any AI system will follow the generated rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is supplied without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of the product or generated output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Seller identified at checkout, without removing any mandatory rights available to a consumer under the law of the consumer’s place of residence.
